This series is a firm favourite in my household; sons, nephews, nieces, family friends – everyone I’ve shared this series with has loved it! My husband stole this edition from me to look at and commented: ‘Intriguing, I like it. Five stars.’ High praise indeed from someone who usually prefers to read sporting biographies. But he is right; this title is certainly intriguing.

I think one of the most appealing things for readers is that as you’re following the facts, you can veer off and follow your own path. You never quite know where you’re going to end up!

The illustrations throughout are stellar – humorous, vibrant, and eye-catching. They perfectly match the playful tone of the book.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this series to anyone who likes bite-sized facts and unplanned adventures.
