Paralympian and author, Ade Adepitan has added a new book to his super ‘Cyborg Cat’ series. This one’s a bit special because Ade and Piccadilly Press have pledged to donate all profits from the sale of this book to Children In Need!
After facing starting at a new school and making new friends, Ade (aka Cyborg Cat) now has an even greater challenge to overcome. Following an encounter with the Night Spider’s graffiti artwork, Ade mysteriously starts to weaken and doctors suggest that he might need to start using a wheelchair. That would seriously affect his goal-keeping ability!
The Parsons Road gang decide to investigate just who Cyborg Cat’s nemesis is and figure out how to foil their wicked plan.
Ade’s can-do attitude to things and the strong themes of friendship and supporting one another make this story an excellent fit with Children In Need’s core values. A great read for anyone aged 7+

*Thank you to Piccadilly Press for sending me this title to review*
I hadn’t known Ade had written these books, but will most definitely be adding them to my reading list. Inclusive, fun, and action-packed is a very healthy combination in todays young readers market. The artwork is awesome too. Thanks for a great review.
