Any of you who follow this blog (or my twitter account) will know that I am a huge fan of the amazing illustrations and books created by ex-Children’s Laureate, Chris Riddell. That is why I am so please to introduce to the final paperback in this hilarious pun-filled series: Goth Girl and the Sinister Symphony.
To celebrate its publication, Macmillan have very kindly given me a complete signed set of the Goth Girl books to giveaway to one lucky winner (UK only).

Not only are they a real feast for the imagination, but that is a great gift for any young (or older) reader. I’m a real fan of strong female characters and so pleased this series is there to make sure there is a balance.
I absolutely love this series of books and want the children in school to enjoy them as much as I do. We are currently trying to make our library more up to date and provide books which the children are excited to read! This set would be a fantastic addition!
I love Chris Riddle too and Goth Girl is a big favourite in my Library. Every single copy of Goth Girl has been checked out and I have a waiting list that is constantly being added to.
I love Chris Riddell’s storytelling and illustrations. This would be a great addition to any library. I’m currently reading Goth Girl and the Ghost of a Mouse with my year 5 class. It’s really sparked their imaginations (and mine, too).

Would love these in our library, having a slow revamp …
My daughter borrowed ‘Goth Girl and the fete worst than death’ at the library last month. She is 9 years old and constantly reading. Her dream is to become an author herself. She says Ada is a very brave and mysterious character and she is looking forward to read about another adventure of hers.
My 10 year old nieces love these books! It would be amazing to win them for them!
