Today’s my stop on the blog tour for the awesome ‘Felix Unlimited.’ By the end of the first chapter, I was completely hooked!

Felix is no ordinary boy. With the help of his friends, he’s started his own business, and he soon has thousands of pounds stashed under his bed. But it’s not all smooth sailing… especially because he hasn’t told his parents yet! Friendship troubles, family drama, finances and fast cars – it’s a lot for one boy to cope with. But this is Felix… and he’s not going to let anything hold him back.
This book is an absolute must-have for any entrepreneurially-minded tweens or for any class who are running an enterprise project. It is absolutely packed with solid advice about some of the key tenets of running a good business: accounting, supply & demand, web-design, out-sourcing… I can think of several children who are always coming up with money-making schemes who would greatly benefit from some business guidance.
Alongside being a very solid ‘beginners’ guide to business,’ Felix Unlimited also explores how to navigate the sometimes tricky task of navigating blips in relationships – whether friendships or romances. When you mix business and friends, things can get complicated, especially when business is booming and people have differing views about the way forward.
During the course of the story, Felix is reunited with his estranged entrepreneurial uncle. I loved watching the relationship between Felix and his Uncle Rufus blossom. I have to confess that by the final pages of this wonderful book, I had a great big smile on my face.
This book has everything you need for a fantastic read – a likeable main-character, plenty of cash, family reunions, and classic Ferraris! 9+
Library Girl.
