In celebration of Harry Potter Book Night last week, I built a rather magical golden snitch courtesy of this book:

I am huge fan of all things Harry Potter so was very excited to be sent a copy of this title and another in the Incredibuilds series, ‘Aragog’ but as I’m scared of spiders, I decided not to build that one!

Upon opening the model pack, it was obvious that this was going to be a nice, easy build. It was just a case of popping the numbered pieces out and stacking them together in order. Just make sure you look carefully at which side you put the bumps and notches or your snitch’s pattern will be wonky!

After ten minutes, I’d completed my snitch with no need for glue. It just needs a quick spray with some gold paint to make it look like the real deal.

The best thing about this book is,  not only do you get an awesome model to build but you also get a book packed full of facts and behind the scenes photos from the films.

There are several other titles in the series, any of which would make the perfect gift for a serious Potterhead!
