‘Blocks – Let’s Share!’ By Irene Dickson.

Ruby has red blocks and Benji has blue, but will they be able to share?

This lovely boardbook from Nosy Crow teachers very young children important lessons about sharing, working cooperatively and problem-solving.

When Benji wants one of Ruby’s blocks, she isn’t too keen on sharing and the two start fighting, resulting in their block creations being destroyed (a situation many small children find themselves in!) They soon realise that if they construct something together, it will be a lot better than building on their own. All’s going well until Guy appears with his trailer of green blocks…..

Perfect for opening up a conversation about sharing toys with others.

Library Girl.
