This clever books ‘talks’ to the reader, encouraging them to help Florence find her way back home. This is the first of Clarke’s three rhyming picture books with publisher, Nosy Crow. It follows the very sad chameleon, Leon.  Wherever he goes, the bright orange chameleon just can’t seem to blend in with the others. Every knows that chameleons are supposed to be hard to spot!

Readers are encouraged to help Leon find his perfect home whilst learning about colours, counting and sharpening their powers of observation. Surely there is somewhere that will suit Leon perfectly?

Two clever and stylish picture books which teach little ones about varied creatures and habitats, but also allow them to practise key skills like counting and colour recognition.
