I am a huge fan of all Tracey Corderoy’s picture books, and love the ‘Hubble Bubble’ series.  Imagine my excitement when I discovered that there are also chapter book versions for more independent readers!

Young book lovers will enjoy the humour, wit and colourful illustrations in the original picture books, all about a young girl called Pandora and her slightly unusual Granny.

The magical chapter books are jam-packed with the same fantastic illustrations as the picture books and written in a clear, easy-to-read font.  Independent readers are sure to love them!

There are actually three short stories in ‘The Glorious Granny Bake Off!’  Granny gets up to more magical mischief in all three, much to the embarrassment of Pandora’s mother, Moonbeam.  There are fairies in fairy cakes, meringue swans and tongue-poking pansies galore.
